鼻炎にドクダミ
天気予報を見るとこの先しばらく雨は降らなそうなので、仕事場の裏に群生しているドクダミを摘んで、洗って干した。乾燥させたドクダミとビワ・雪の下の生葉を煮出したものがどうやら鼻炎に聞くらしい。毎年梅雨時になると鼻がグズグズするので試してみるつもり。本当はドクダミは白い花が咲いている頃が良いらしいのだけど、雨続きで干せず、花は殆ど終わりかけだった。まぁ良い良い。ビワもまた仕事場の裏にあり、雪の下は自宅にある。効くと良いなぁ。
