妊娠検査薬は生理予定日1週間後より前でも反応した
第一子の妊娠・出産から2年、長い間このサイトを更新できずにいましたが、以前興味本位で書いた記事「妊娠検査薬は生理予定日前でも反応した」が、今でもたくさんの方に読んでいただいているようです。
2010年3月、再び妊娠をしました。
残念ながら早期流産に終わりましたが、参考ついでに、今回の妊娠における妊娠検査薬の反応と流産までの経過を新たに書き加えておきます。
個人差がありますから、くれぐれもご参考までに。

2/19(金) : 生理予定日5日前
体調の変化から妊娠を自覚する。仕事帰りに薬局で妊娠検査薬を購入。
2/21(日) : 生理予定日3日前
購入してあった妊娠検査薬を試す。結果は陰性。
2/24(水) : 生理予定日当日
生理がくる気配なし。
3/1(月) : 生理予定日5日後
生理予定日から遅れること数日。妊娠を確信し朝通勤途中の薬局で妊娠検査薬（2本セット）を購入、出社後すぐに検査。結果は陽性。
念のため夕方退社前に再度検査。午前中に比べ明らかに陽性反応が強く出た。翌日、産婦人科を予約。
3/4(木) : 生理予定日8日後 / 妊娠5週目
産婦人科を受診。尿の妊娠反応は陽性。子宮内に胎嚢らしきものは確認できるものの、断定するにいたらず。尿の妊娠反応は陽性であることから、子宮内に胎嚢が確認できない場合は子宮外妊娠の可能性も否定できない。念のため1週間後に再受診の予約をいれる。
3/7(日) : 妊娠5週目
前日から薄い赤茶色のおりものがあり、下腹部に鈍い痛み。この痛みが、前回妊娠8ヶ月頃に経験した切迫早産気味の時の症状に似ている。
午後、外出先で下腹部の鋭い痛みとともに、出血を自覚。帰宅後、鮮血出血を確認。病院へ連絡し緊急受診。子宮にはまだ胎嚢らしきものはあり、尿の妊娠反応は陽性だが、これから流産が進行する可能性が高いと指摘される。鮮血のまま出血が終われば妊娠継続の可能性はあるが、血の塊のようなものがあれば、恐らく流産だという。翌受診予定日までは経過観察となる。
3/12(月)〜3/10(水) 出血量が多くなり、血の塊が出る。
3/11(木) : 妊娠6週目
産婦人科を受診。尿の妊娠反応は陰性で、子宮内に残留物はなく特に処置の必要はなし。念のため次の妊娠は、1回生理を確認してからそれ以降（2回生理を経過してから）の方が良いとの指導を受ける。
4/3 生理再開。

さすがに2回目ということもあり妊娠を自覚するのも早かったですが、それと同時に今回は前回とはなんとなく様子が違うという自覚もありました。
1回目の妊娠の時、病院に行ったり、医師の一言一言や検査の結果ひとつひとつに喜びと不安を覚えて胸をはち切れそうにしていたことを思い出すと、比較的冷静に時間が経過していったように思えます。
さてさて、家族がまた増える日はいつになるでしょう。

Pregnancy tests are actually more than one week after the due date period before even answered a very useful information. Be careful as you like in one of the first pregnancy.
