姫睡蓮の花が咲く

五月晴れ。今年一番の暑さだって。
姫睡蓮の花が咲く。白色で綺麗。
お昼に撮った写真の白い花の部分がとんでたので、夕方改めて見に行くと、なんと花が閉じていた。

調べてみたら『ハスに似た花が夕方に閉じることから「睡る(ねむる)蓮」の名前がつきました。』（新宿御苑のみごろ情報-8月より）とある。へぇ、知らなかった。せめて、あと3〜5輪は咲いて欲しいなぁと思いつつ、鑑賞するのでありました。

…じっくり眺めてたら焼けた。しまったぞ。

The crux of your writing while sounding agreeable at first, did not really sit properly with me after some time. Someplace throughout the paragraphs you managed to make me a believer but only for a short while. I still have a problem with your leaps in logic and you might do nicely to help fill in those gaps.
