鯛は薄く、鰹は厚く
昨晩、あたしが鰹のさくを切ったのだけれど皆から大ブーイング。薄く斜めに削ぎ切りをしたため。鰹は削がずに厚く！いゃぁそのぅ、そぅいぇばそぅだったわねぇ。何も初めて切るわけでもあるまいしねぇ。堂々と言い訳をするならば、先日、鯛を切った時に薄く切れずにブーイングがあった。だから今回、刺身のさくを見た途端にあたしの感性は『薄く！薄く！おやじの頭の様に薄くなのだ！』と研ぎすまされてしまったわけで。なんてこったい。母曰く『斜めにこの方向？って聞かれたからなんとなく気が付いたんだけど、まぁ、やらせてみようと思って。フフ。』とな。だったら早く言ってくれぃ。
