・・！148cmなんですか・・！私は154cmなのですが、以前、F20-Rを試乗したときに、腕がツッパったりなんやらで、なかなかうまく乗れなくて断念しました。なんかいろいろしたら乗れるもんなんですね！？
クランクの話も参考になりました。

嫁の身長は158cmでロードに乗ってるんですが最近膝が痛いっていいだしました　クランク170mmなんで長いかなとおもっていたんですけどね

大阪のサイクルショップ　アトリエ ドゥ キャファでは身長ではなく大腿骨の長さで決めるんです　私は身長168cmで大腿骨長さは38cmクランク長160mmなんだそうです　嫁は37cmで155mmなんです　さらに短いクランクでも良いそうです　

今度　嫁のクランクは150mm試してみようと思ってます　近くに大阪のロロありますので　のぞいてみます

長いクランクは，下に踏みおろす時は軽くなりますが，その重い/軽いは，変速ギアで調整できるから，あまり問題にならないはず．

適正な長さのクランクと，脚力にあったギア比を選ぶのが一番楽で効率的なはずです．
小柄な人ほど短いクランクに変えた時の効果は高いはずですね．
